Kamdhenu University Junior Clerk selection process
The selection process comprises two main stages of competitive examination. The university will initially screen the online applications to verify fee payment and filter out duplicate entries. Eligible candidates will then be called for Stage 1, which is the Primary Examination. This stage acts purely as a screening test and its scores will not be counted in the final merit list. Based on the marks obtained in the primary exam, candidates equal to 7 times the number of vacancies in each category will be qualified for Stage 2, which is the Main Examination.
The final selection list will be prepared purely based on the performance of candidates in the Main Examination. Candidates must secure a minimum qualifying standard of 40% marks in each stage of the exam to be considered eligible for the next process. Following the main exam, candidates equal to 3 times the vacancy count per category will be invited for the document verification stage before final appointment letters are issued.
Kamdhenu University Junior Clerk Exam Pattern
Both the primary exam and the main exam will feature Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) administered via OMR sheets or Computer Based Recruitment Test (CBRT) format. The medium of the examination will be Gujarati for all subjects, except for the specific English language section. A negative marking system is active where 0.25 marks will be deducted for every incorrect response or if a question is left blank without selecting an answer option. PwD candidates will receive an additional 20 minutes of extra time for every hour of the exam duration.
